We are currently seeking an accounts manager with a strong accounting background to help drive our financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the preparation of P&L reports, balance sheets, and other financial statements.

• Report directly to senior management, providing detailed analysis and justification of figures in the P&L accounts.

• Perform regular management accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors to ensure financial integrity and adherence to company policies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in management accounting.

• Proficiency in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial figures to management.

• UK accounting exposure is preferred (experience with UK-specific accounting regulations).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
