What You Will Do:

  • You will be a member of the Modern Robotic Operations Center (mROC) focused on ensuring automations are delivering based on expected business outcomes
  • Develop and support automations using UiPath Apps to create low-code, interactive user interfaces for business processes
  • Implement and maintain Attended Automation solutions to enhance user-driven automation scenarios and improve productivity
  • Engage with business stakeholders to verify requirements of the automation(s) are met
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and hyper care phase of automation deployments
  • Work on automation enhancements to continue to add value to the automation(s) Correct issues and perform break-fix code changes across projects
  • Identify and raise risks, and issues appropriately using our support ticketing system
  • Provide issue and root cause analysis for issues resolved
  • Provide and enforce RPA development best practices
  • Assist with gathering program reporting metrics and requirements
  • Be engaged in a continuous improvement cycle to recommend additional value-driven automation opportunities based on data and observations in the production process
  • Continually evaluate opportunities for improvement in the automation production support process
  • Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
  • Follow and contribute to mROC ITSM procedures and best practices


What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of software development experience (preferably .Net or Java)
  • 1+ year of RPA development experience leveraging UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms
  • Experience with Attended Automation solutions and designing user-driven workflows using UiPath
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions with UiPath Apps for interactive automation scenarios
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification is a plus
  • Experience across complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Agile methodology and Scrum experience
  • Azure DevOps experience is a plus
  • Consulting experience preferred

  • Interest in intelligent automation market and cloud compute technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields of study preferred
