Long Term/On Going Project
Physical Presence On Site To Support MPS For The East Hanover Campus And Morris Plains. Below Are The Services Provided By The OSA. The Scope Listed Is To Be Used As a Guide, And Additional Tasks Are Added Or Removed To Provide a Fully Managed Service
Replace device supplies as needed (Toners, drums, etc.) Paper is to be excluded from this service.
Perform initial troubleshooting for device problems and/or perform replacement part(s) installation. (Training can be provided by Client Tech)
Respond to calls/tickets indicating the printer is not functioning and be able to engage Client break / fix support for repairs.
Manage calls/tickets to completion and record necessary activities in the appropriate utility on a timely basis.
Assist customers/ end users with use of Client devices and solutions (i.e.; "walk-around - training ").
Ensure adequate supplies are available at the customer location. (Client must identify locations where toner inventory will be maintained.) Automated Toner Delivery (ATD) will be established.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Report occurrences of customer dissatisfaction to the Account Head.
Perform manual page counts at a device depending on billing infrastructure and/or non-reporting devices.
Use web-based software to manage the fleet; Proactive monitoring of PSM; integrate with customer (Client) Help Desk Tracking Tool to open, address, and close tickets.
Track open issues with Client to resolution and update/close SNOW tickets as appropriate.
Be able to manually move via an elevator both smaller devices inter-building (Building A to Building B) where necessary and larger devices intra-building (Building A/floor X to Building A/floor Y). Must be able to lift +50lbs
Install print drivers on customer/end user workstations.
Generate monthly reports based on the parameters provided by Client Service Manager.
Work With 3 Rd Parties For
Register/Remove IP address information (SNOW)
Activate jacks as needed (SNOW)
Register/Remove scan to email requests (SNOW)
Register/Remove print queues (SNOW)
Perform preventative maintenance on device fleet.
Safecom Server Administrator support as needed.
