Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care clinics in Portland.

• Work 34 hours/week with full benefits, no admin days, no on-call, and scheduled appointments.
• Train over 2-3 weeks, including travel to multiple clinics.
• Salary $130k-$145k + bonuses, sign-on/relocation up to $15,000.
• Clinics in Hawthorne, St. John's, and Tigard.
• Provide preventative, chronic, urgent care, and minor procedures.
• Require 1-2 years post-grad experience, NCCPA or Family Nurse Practitioner certification, and ability to see all ages.
