Summary
Functional Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign to drive customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms, including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and analytic, to define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and campaign timelines.
Set up and configure campaign workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies in Adobe Campaign.
Manage and optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and leveraging insights from Adobe Analytic.
Monitor campaign metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and employ data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, throughout the campaign process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to campaign management, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytic.
Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on the effective use of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytic.
