The Maintenance/Utility worker will be responsible for the general support of the warehouse, providing a clean and safe environment to work in. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Gather and empty all trash within the warehouse every day. Maintain the clean room area(clean) every day Fill and maintain all those equipment’s and tools (fire extinguishers, cutter, car, Forklift, Paint booth, oven, film processor, compressor, penetrating line, gas tanks and follow proper safety procedures. Bail cardboard plastic recyclables and dispose of properly Maintenance/Utility Worker must conduct an inspection (month) of all equipment’s and maintains vehicles must inspect the vehicle to ensure all the parts have been working and replaced correctly. Operate multiple warehouse cleaning equipment Perform routine maintenance within the work area Change filters of Paint Booth every two weeks Maintain in perfect condition the Paint mixer machine (check each day the oil quantity) Support production and future projects QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS FOR THE JOB GED, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail and highly organized in tasks, and functions Ability to operate different kind cleaning machine. Proficient verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
