JOB SUMMARY:

• Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Position is on the evening shift but training is on the day shift (up to a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diiploma/GED preferred
• 1 to 3 years of commercial/hospital maintenance experience
• On call rotation (weekends included in on call rotation)  Every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed.  Must be available for unexpected emergenices
• Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year)
• Position is on the evening shift but training is on the day shift (up to a month)
• Must have full MD driver's license and good driving record
