Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position involves providing service and maintenance for multiple cyclotrons, associated chemistry modules, and manipulator arms. The role requires independent work to accomplish assigned tasks, monitoring financial and operational performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies. This is a night/late shift role that will either be 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
+ Provide service and maintenance for multiple cyclotrons, chemistry modules, and manipulator arms.
+ Monitor and positively affect financial and operational performance.
+ Work in compliance with regulatory standards including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies.
+ Incorporate new technology, products, and processes into daily operations.
+ Participate in personnel training and staff development.
+ Collaborate with the production team to implement strategic initiatives.
+ Respond promptly to service support calls.
+ Complete and submit work history tickets and timecards with relevant details.
+ Schedule work and manage spare parts usage to minimize costs and maximize effectiveness.
+ Monitor and improve Up Time for site cyclotron systems.
+ Assess semi-complex product and equipment performance and recommend modifications and improvements.
+ Participate in routine biomarker production functions.
+ Perform CCS upgrades both domestically and internationally.
+ Other tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in servicing capital equipment.
+ Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
+ Excellent low and high voltage, RF, and vacuum systems background .
+ Basic plumbing experience.
+ Good mechanical abilities.
+ Experience setting up LAN systems and LAN switches.
+ Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Willingness to learn new software and hardware solutions.
Work Environment
This role is based in an on-site manufacturing environment. The position operates during late shifts, with hours from either 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
