***IMMEDIATE HIRE*** The Maintenance Technician's role is to perform service requests, grounds maintenance tasks and maintaining the physical and mechanical integrity of the property at all times.Maintenance has 100% accountability for all maintenance needs and conditions of the property. DUTIES HVAC certification and pool experience preferred. Prompt and courteous handling of all resident service requests. Maintenance of vacant apartments Walk property and remove trash continually. Maintain inventory of tools and equipment owned or leased by the property. Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies.
