Entry Level Maintenance Technician

We have immediate openings for entry level Maintenance Technician to help service the front range area. You will travel to each client’s location and Learn to inspect their mechanical equipment, identify problems and perform necessary repairs, provide routine maintenance, and repair as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, General maintenance, or any other related field is preferable but Not Necessary as this is an entry level position.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong diagnostic and/or critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a valid driver’s license and have ability to maintain company insurance coverage
• Self motivated and able to carry out tasks effectively
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Knowledge & operation of hand and power tools
• Professional appearance and demeanor
  
  

Job Requirements

• Work 40 hr. plus Overtime as necessary
• Operate Company Vehicles
• On-Call rotation as necessary
• Work and travel to job Locations
• Provide Coverage and support for Other Positions, Shifts or Functions
• Prioritize and perform tasks independently
• Must be punctual, reliable, organized, and a self-starter.
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
  

Physical Requirements

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• The employee is regularly required to stand, kneel, crawl, crouch while performing tasks
• Climb and work on ladders
• Perform various types of manual labor.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

You will be a valued part of the team. We work with commercial and residential customers, You will get to work with small and large equipment. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of professional repair experience in some capacity, be mechanically incline and can work independently or in a team environment. We are a Service oriented company with occasional replacements or retrofits so any knowledge in these areas is beneficial.
