We have partnered with a high-end residential portfolio spanning Milford, New Haven and Branford who is in need of a Maintenance Assistant who is lookign to grow their skill set and career.

• Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
• Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
• Ideally someone with 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience
  
  

Pay range is $20-22/hour with a schedule of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
