Aegis is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor for a client in Chicago. The ideal candidate has the below experience and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as a maintenance supervisor
• Steel manufacturing background- this is going to be most ideal. However, we can send heavy industry. (machine shops, equipment manufacturers, etc). please avoid food/beverage and similar consumer goods.
• Experience working with heavy equipment- cranes, cnc machines, saws, ovens, etc.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience with pumps, valves, and cylinders
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Experience working in a union environment
• CMMS upgrade experience
• Leadership- experience managing at least a team of 1 person.
• Able to get their hands dirty and assist mechanics or electricians.

• ME/EE/MET/EET/Trade- any additional training or schooling would be helpful.
• Combustion experience/equipment
