Are you a motivated and detail-driven engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer to join the engineering team at a leading biopharmaceutical facility in Ballydine, Co. Tipperary.

In this key role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and maintaining world-class Maintenance Systems to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with capital project teams to implement and manage Maintenance Systems for new facilities and equipment.
• Oversee equipment registration, preventive maintenance & calibration programs, condition monitoring, and spare parts management within CMMS (SAP & Procal).
• Lead the development of regulatory inspection programs, including Pressure, Lifting, and F-Gas systems.
• Review, update, and develop SOPs to support maintenance and reliability activities.

What You’ll Bring

• A third-level qualification in a technical or engineering discipline – or equivalent experience in maintenance/facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS systems (especially SAP & Procal), including implementation and optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong grasp of best practices in Maintenance & Calibration, including condition-based monitoring and reliability strategies.
• Working knowledge of electrical/instrumentation and mechanical systems.
• Excellent technical writing skills for developing PM and calibration routines.
• Familiarity with relevant Irish, European, and international engineering codes and standards.
• A proactive, data-driven mindset and sharp attention to detail.
