Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance & Operations Coordinator who’s just as comfortable using a wrench as they are using tech tools. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing items on the spot, and managing facility needs with a tech-savvy edge. If you’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and oversee outside vendors for larger repairs or specialized services.
  • Utilize facility management software and digital tools to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
  • Assist with office moves, setups, and workspace configurations.
  • Maintain safety standards and assist in emergency preparedness efforts.
  • Monitor and order facility-related supplies.
  • Provide responsive support for employee facility requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills; a natural fixer.
  • Comfortable working with basic tools and performing minor repairs.
  • Tech-savvy — able to learn and use facility management software, apps, and AV equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Prior facilities, maintenance, or operations experience is a plus.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience setting up and troubleshooting AV systems or smart tech devices.
  • Are familiar with basic workplace safety guidelines
  • OSHA certified
