Maintenance Manager (90-120K)

We’re partnering with a well-established machine shop in the Syracuse, NY area seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee both facilities and equipment maintenance operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, planning, and technical problem-solving in a supportive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance & Facilities Technicians
• Plan daily and long-term maintenance activities
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
• Manage parts inventory and track key performance metrics

Background and Experience:

• Proven leadership in a maintenance environment—both equipment & facility-related
• Electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
• Capable of managing team workflow while staying hands-on when needed
