Akkodis is seeking a Facilities Manager near Norwalk, CT. The position would be direct hire and on-site. The candidate should have a strong maintenance background and extensive experience in large manufacturing environments. Clean or dry room experience is a big plus.

Salary range: $135-160K

Facilities Manager job responsibilities include:

• Manage 5 direct reports as well as technicians indirectly
• Manage day to day workload activities as well as special project
• Ensure KPI's and performances objectives are consistently met

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated experience turning around and improving manufacturing production environments
• Maintenance background
• Project management experience
• Clean or dry room experience preferred
• 10 years experience as a manufacturing leader
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
