Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities, including supervision of maintenance staff, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work. The role involves developing and managing maintenance schedules, ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment, and implementing maintenance management strategies. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and experience in leading and managing maintenance teams
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field is preferred
