Implement mFMEA to evaluate potential risk of mechanical equipment, provide solution and implement corrective action plan to reduce the risk of HSES and long downtime. 实施 mFMEA，评估机械设备的潜在风险，提供解决方案并实施解决计划，以降低 HSES 和长时间停机的风险。
Support reliability engineer to build and optimize maintenance system of mechanical equipment in SAP, include PM/PdM, spare part etc. 支持可靠性工程师在 SAP 系统中建立和优化机械设备维护系统，包括 PM/PDM、备件等。
Optimize mechanical spare part to reduce spare part inventory and NWSM. 优化机械备件，减少备件库存和 NWSM。
Provide technical support and training to maintenance technician and contractor, to improve their mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skill. 为维修技术员和承包商提供技术支持和培训，提高他们的机械知识和解决问题的技能。 REQUIREMENTS岗位要求:
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, engineering or related majors. 本科或以上学历，机械、工程或相关专业。
Three years’ mechanical maintenance experience in chemical plant. 化工行业至少三年机械设备维修经验。
Have rich experience and skill of mechanical maintenance, can solve complicated mechanical problem. 具有丰富的机械维护经验和技能，能够解决复杂的机械问题。
Be familiar with rotating equipment maintenance, like pump, gear box, blower, chiller, compressor, valve etc. 熟悉泵、齿轮箱、鼓风机、冷却器、压缩机、阀门等动设备的维护。
Have strong trouble shooting and problem-solving capability, familiar with analysis tool like 5-why, RCA, fish-bone diagram, A3, FMEA etc. 具有较强的故障排除和问题解决能力，熟悉如5-Why、RCA、鱼骨图、A3、FMEA等分析工具。
