概要

Under the Engineering Section Manager, the Maintenance Engineer is a hands-on position upkeeping mechanical and electrical systems throughout TAC. Responsibilities include daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves record-keeping, energy conservation recommendations, and collaboration on projects and assignments.

Building Sanitation Engineer

• Experience: A minimum of one-year professional experience
• Language Skills: Japanese: Native proficiency
  
  

English: Basic proficiency

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in trade skills (mechanical / electrical) and computer use.
• 免許: 電気工事士免許、建築物環境衛生管理技術者
• 経験: 1年以上の実務経験
• 語学力: 日本語: ネイティブレベル、英語: 基本的な会話力

業務内容

• Carries out hands-on repairs to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct assigned daily / routine inspections on facility-wide systems to ensure optimal operations.
• Executes work requests in a responsible, timely and efficient manner, ensuring end results meet customer satisfaction and aligns with in-house quality standards.
• Adheres to fire prevention, safety protocols and codes, follows safe work practices and supports energy conservation measures across the facility.
