As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be responsible for the optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipment to avoid disruptions in our operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, design and/or co-ordinate engineering projects related to the improvement of the production capacity, quality and/or efficiencies.
  • Troubleshooting of the (most) complex and/or repetitive equipment problems.
  • Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through literature, technical contacts and industry competition.
  • Solving complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns on equipment/production.
  • Monitors production equipment, so it functions according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) procedures and legislation, to prevent accidents, physical harm and environmental damage.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Technical knowledge in maintenance, including planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensuring machines are properly maintained and cared for. Administrative skills are required; proficiency in Excel, Microsoft tools, and computer-based maintenance planning software is essential.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Skills focused on machine safety and ergonomics.
  • Soft skills: strong problem-solving abilities, leadership and coaching experience, project management expertise, effective communication and reporting, networking, and interaction with senior management.
  • This is an on-site position.
