You'll identify and resolve complex technical issues, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborate across departments to ensure follow-through on reliability improvements. Your expertise in root cause analysis and equipment failure prevention will be crucial as you work directly with site personnel to build a reliability-focused culture. This role combines technical problem-solving with effective communication to drive measurable improvements in equipment uptime, safety, and sustainability.
