Experience: 8-10 years of strong experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Team Support:
Leading and mentoring:
Providing technical guidance, best practices, and hands-on support to team members.
* Training:
Conducting training sessions on mainframe support, monitoring tools, and modernization strategies.
* Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, both on a day-to-day basis and for more complex incidents.
* Incident Management:
Managing and resolving incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
* Documentation,Review Team work, UAT Support, Production L2/L3 Support, DR planning.
Skills : Mainframe utilities, DB2, COBOL, JCL, CICS, MQ
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $93,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
