Role - Mainframe Application Development Engineer Location - Quincy, MA (4 days Onsite) Main Duties and Responsibilities: Application Development Engineer with 8-10 years of relevant experience who can analyze, develop, and maintain software in a Mainframe environment using PL/1, COBOL, DB2, JCL, and CICS. * Ability to analyze and understand the existing software application in detail. * Identify the missing process in the lower BUAT environment. * Develop software programs to meet project schedules. * Good knowledge of Job scheduling. * Strong analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Take responsibility for the development deliverables. * Must have skills: PL1 or COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, OPC Scheduling * Nice to have: * MQ, RDz
