Your new role

As a Mainframe Analyst you will work on high-impact applications that keep Victoria moving and will be a part of a super-skilled and friendly team. You will play with the latest mainframe and cloud tech while making a real difference.

Role and responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting mainframe applications like a pro.
• Planning and running batch processes.
• Keeping CICS (Customer Information Control System) services in top shape.
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Handling IT incidents, service requests, and changes in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

• Australian citizenship required (Baseline security clearance preferred)
• Extensive experience in IT support, especially with incident and service management.
• Strong tech skills in hardware, software, databases, and cloud solutions.
• Killer troubleshooting skills across on-premises and SaaS environments.
• A self-motivated, analytical, and proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenges.
