Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Production Support Analyst with hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe systems, Control-M job scheduling, and Electronic Secure File Transfer (ESFT) or similar file transfer tools. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted business operations through proactive system monitoring, efficient batch job execution, and secure file transfers.

Must-Have Skills:

• Mainframe Production Support – Experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM Mainframe environments.
• Control-M – Proficient in job scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• ESFT or Secure File Transfer Tools – Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting file transfers securely across systems.
• Batch Job Management – Strong understanding of batch processing and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IBM Mainframe systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot job scheduling and batch processing using Control-M.
• Ensure secure and reliable file transfers via ESFT or other secure protocols.
• Respond to system alerts, investigate incidents, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application support teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in file transfer and batch scheduling.
