Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Summary

The Main Inpatient Supervisor reports to the Manager, Main Inpatient Pharmacy, and directly supervises the Technician Supervisors. He/she is responsible for all day-to-day operations within the Main Inpatient Pharmacy. He/she works collaboratively with the Technician Supervisors to oversee all technician and pharmacist staff employed in the Main Inpatient Pharmacy. All operations related to dispensing, delivering, returning, and compliance of medications are under the supervision of this leader. In addition, the supervisor will oversee the staff and ensure that standards of behavior are maintained and proper customer service is provided by the inpatient pharmacist and technician staff.

• Primarily day shift, with the possibility of alternating between evening shifts if necessary.
• On-call only on rotating weekends.
  
  

Qualifications

PharmD from an accredited school of Pharmacy

Six (6) or more years of job-related experience including inpatient Pharmacy experience.
