This is a full-time on-site role for a Machinist/Programmer/Set up Lead Machinist located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The Lead Machinist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with machining, programming, and setting up machines for production.

• Proficiency in CNC machining and programming
• Experience in setting up machines for production
• Knowledge of tooling and metal cutting techniques
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Experience with CAM software and machine maintenance
• Relevant certification or technical degree in machining or related field
