Job Title:  Machine Shop Operator 

Potential Contract To Hire opportunity

Location: St Charles, MO 

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform pre-shift machine shop equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Review work order instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Operate manual machines as needed.
• Inspect each part using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and head gauges. 

What’s Needed?

• Previous Schooling or manufacturing machine shops
• Minimum 1 year of machine shop experience
• Read Blueprints and use manual equipment for daily needs
• Eagerness to learn and advance within the company
