Welcome to Fresh Solutions Netherlands B.V. in Waddinxveen, where innovation and top performance come together! As a global market leader and wholesaler in the fresh produce sector, we offer efficient and sustainable solutions to customers and suppliers alongside more than 400 dedicated colleagues. Our challenging work environment includes a spacious warehouse of 36,000 m², where we process an average of 150,000 – 200,000 packages weekly.

Our Waddinxveen location houses three companies: Fresh Solutions Netherlands B.V. (fruits & vegetables), Fresh Solutions Flowers B.V. (flowers & plants), and Greenyard Supply Chain Services (logistics). From here, we supply one of the largest retailers in Germany with fresh products.

Your challenge:

As a (Machine) Operator with us, you always know what your day will bring. You start early with a well-organized work plan, ensuring everyone knows exactly which production tasks need to be completed. Workstations are assigned, and tasks are clear. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from adjusting machines to preparing all necessary materials. After that, you give clear instructions to your team and make sure the machines deliver optimal output. Issues? No problem for you! You act quickly to ensure production continues to run smoothly.

You got this! Labels, stickers, weights – you check and use them as required. Your efforts ensure high performance and efficiency, allowing us to deliver the best quality to our customers. After each production run, you thoroughly clean the machines, ready for the next big run. At the end of the day, you and your team ensure a thorough cleanup, so the next day can start fresh.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for Operators who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and enjoy a good challenge. Are you a go-getter with technical insight and a keen eye for detail? Then we want you! Do you have experience in the fresh produce sector? Perfect! No experience with our machines? No problem, we are happy to teach you. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• Relevant experience as a (Machine) Operator: You are versatile and flexible enough to step in where needed.
• Stress-resistant and precise: You stay calm under pressure, work organized, make clear decisions, and prioritize effectively.
• Language skills: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Driving license: You have a valid driving license to reach our location independently.
• Flexibility: You are willing to start early, work late shifts, and regularly work on Saturdays.
