Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To

• Responsible for safe operation of Grinding equipment and for the accurate Milling of ingredients to deliver a product that meets the customers’ expectations.
• Must ensure quality and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Ensure the ingredient LOT number is visible on the batch recipe.
• Follow allergen control procedures.
• Fills Hopper with raw materials according to specifications.
• Visually inspects materials to ensure no foreign materials or abnormalities exist.
• Start the machine according to the instructions.
• Label product correctly.
• Validate the proper cleaning of the Milling machine and equipment.
• Follow GMPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Experience And Qualification

• High School or an equivalent combination of education preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the Food Industry is required.
• Ability to use a calculator to perform basic math equations for precision measurements.
• Ability to work with others and as a team.
• Ability to work from written and/or verbal instructions.
• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator required.
• Ability to follow GMPs and other Food Safety and Quality requirements.
