The Assistant Operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating warehouse equipment and machines to ensure that production quality and efficiency are being met. Job Responsibilities Lead and enforce safety processes and procedures Lead and enforce SQF [Safe Quality Food] processes and procedures Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned Assists in operating and maintaining multiple thermoforming lines, with ability to run all lines/packaging equipment: Run and operate thermo former equipment Run and operate auto bagger equipment Run and operate thermo auto padder Run and operate trim press equipment Run and operate grinder equipment Responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor, production manager, and/or the plant manager.
