Chromalloy Holland is gevestigd in Tilburg en we zijn gespecialiseerd in de reparatie, vervaardiging en coating van vliegtuigonderdelen. We doen dit voor grote luchtvaartmaatschappijen, fabrikanten van vliegtuigmotoren en bedrijven die de revisie daarvan doen. Wij zijn het enige niet-OEM-bedrijf in de wereld dat coatings, reparaties, gietstukken, productie en revisies allemaal vanuit een enkele bron kan aanbieden. Machine Operator (CNC/Milling/Turning) (2-shift)

What will you do?

In this position, you are responsible for results for very specific CNC operations within Chromalloy, with a focus on turning and/or milling our products. Chromalloy has various specialist machines that guarantee unparalleled quality and durability of our products and repairs. You are the standard bearer for our core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Innovation and Pride.

Together with your Cell Leader and colleagues, you work every day to achieve the highest possible in the field of Quality and Safety. Your experience in working with CNC machines and any programming experience provide a good basis for your daily work. In addition, you have an eye for improvements and you are involved in various (5S) projects to make our processes even better, safer and more efficient.

What do you need for this position?

• A VMBO or LTS level with experience in machining processes, preferably within the high-tech manufacturing industry / metal
• Experience in working with very narrow tolerances and high safety requirements
• Preferably you have experience working with single-piece products
• A proactive attitude with the ambition to deliver the best every day
• English, good both verbally and in writing
