We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled CNC Coil Spring Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating CNC coil spring machines, ensuring quality production of parts as per engineering drawings, and supporting related production activities.

• Operate CNC coil spring machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and follow job instructions accurately.
• Perform part inspection using tools like vernier calipers to ensure quality compliance.
• Execute basic shop-floor operations including cutting, grinding, and part finishing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in other production-related or miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Report machine issues or quality deviations to the concerned team promptly.

• Educational Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred; freshers with technical aptitude may also apply.
• Skills:
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical/engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of cutting, grinding, and machining processes.
• Willingness to support multiple tasks and learn new processes.
