Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines according to company standards. Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet required specifications. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper operation and product quality. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Record production data and report any issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Other duties as assigned * Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing setting preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment. Performing assigned job duties on a manufacturing floor in a team environment. Maintain machines, as well as tools surrounding the equipment. Organize parts, paperwork and records for future reference. Effectively communicate status of jobs. Share knowledge and train new operators. Use a computer to open drawings and complete basic job functions. Setting up and programming machinery. Measure parts for accuracy and correcting accordingly. Labeling parts and carts. Desirable Experience: CNC Operator, Press Brake Operator, Laser Operator, and Punch Operator . Operating a forklift and other equipment as required and necessary Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
