You Should Be Able To

Required

It would be great but not required that you:

Have a high school diploma or GED

The main job responsibilities that you should be familiar with as a Bindery machine operator:

  • Learn the basic operation of the machine, including all safety features
  • Handle basic troubleshooting of machine issues to maintain production
  • Perform machine quality checks as required
  • Separate materials correctly per instructions

The main job responsibilities that you should be familiar with as an Insert operator:

  • Comprehend quality review requirements and execute them properly
  • Learn to fix minor machine issues and restart the machine when necessary
  • Ensure there is sufficient material at the machine so production can continue seamlessly
  • Follow USPS sorting regulations for creating bundles/trays/pallets
