Summary

Job Title: Machine Operator
Contract Duration: 8 Months 
Location: Londonderry, NH (100% onsite only)
Work Type: Onsite, shift: 11 pm - 7:30 am

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Machine Operator monitors functions of equipment and operates per documented procedures, including maintaining operational logbooks
  • Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
  • Support material handling as necessary
  • Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers
  • Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules
  • Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish the tasks noted above
  • Accept full accountability for product quality
  • Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation
  • Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
  • He and/or she must also exhibit the ability to follow the instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.

Required Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Other Information:
  • The Machine Operator must be able to stand to package and label product.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the production line. The candidate will not be responsible to run or operate the production line.
  • Support material handling as necessary. Does not require the use of a forklift or power jack.
  • Lifting/moving and carrying products weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Candidate supporting a closed production line. No physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals.
  • Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves are provided. The candidate must provide steel or composite shoes/boots.
  • Must be able to adhere to shift start times and with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is not required. Training will be provided.
