Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Machine Operators to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $21.50 We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7:00am- 3:00pm Tuesday- Saturday. MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Our Machine Operators are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Produce a safe and efficient operation of machine process systems Resolve problems with product and/or equipment as quickly as possible Shrink control and reporting Run machine(s) while accurately weighing the product or verifying accuracy of the packaging May load batter or dough into the depositor Maintain and follow standard operating procedures, food safety guidelines and product specifications Maintain cleanly work area which may include cleaning floors, utensils, equipment, walls and metal surfaces to keep them clean, sanitary and orderly OUR IDEAL MACHINE OPERATOR Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers ABOUT LUNDS & BYERLYS AND MITCHELL ROAD Family-owned for over 80 years, Lunds & Byerlys is a grocery retailer rooted in the family tradition of quality, value, and service.
