Job Title: Machine Operator (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Description: As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are executed accurately and efficiently. Working in a precise and regulated environment, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining manufacturing equipment while upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and operate manufacturing equipment
• Ensure the quality control of finished products
• Perform regular equipment checks and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols
  
  

Specific Tasks and Duties:

• Select and prepare manufacturing substances based on job specifications
• Operate and set up various machinery, including rollers
• Monitor the manufacturing process for even distribution and quality
• Conduct quality assurance tests to verify thickness, adherence, and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Accurately record process parameters and results for quality control
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and waste

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
• Basic knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, and industrial technology is beneficial
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (on-the-job training will be provided)
