Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Churchville, NY

Shift: 3:45pm-2:15am Monday-Thursday 

Pay Range: $16.50

What's the Job?

• Operate production machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Visually inspect and ensure the quality of parts produced.
• Package finished products while adhering to company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided BUT resume will be required upon applying and will need to reflect a consistent job history 
• Ability to stand for eight hours per day.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
