Regular pay raises available. Ability to learn and Cross Train in multiple departments. Scope of Responsibilities: Operate CNC Grinding Machines. Hold very precise tolerances. Use critical thinking and problem solving skills to improve quality and reduce scrap. Inspect inserts for both dimensional and visual defects. Set up machines for production runs. Learn and Use conversational CNC programing. Qualifications: Good analytical ability. Problem solving skills. Great team working skills. High school diploma or GED. 1 year in a production manufacturing environment 1 Years of Experience in CNC Machining or Completed/pursuing a degree or certificate course in related field. (preferred) Experience with precision measuring equipment. (preferred) Experience with reading and following instructions from CADD drawings and/or Job Travelers.
