Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Machine Learning Manager/Director that will oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and systems. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in machine learning, a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, and the ability to align ML strategies with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and executives, to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Define team goals, set performance metrics, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive machine learning strategy aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
- Identify opportunities to apply ML techniques to enhance products, services, or operational efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Model Development & Deployment:

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related technical field.
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, preferably in an ML/AI-focused role.
- Proven success in delivering ML projects from concept to production.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
