Department Overview

The System Department plays a foundational role in supporting our rapidly expanding range of payment services. This includes systems for card payment processing, credit management, user-facing web platforms, mobile applications, and call center infrastructure. With a strong emphasis on internal system development and architecture, engineers within the department are empowered to lead system renewals, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives that ensure top-tier performance and reliability.

Within this department, the Technology Incubation Group (TIG) leads the charge on identifying, testing, and adopting emerging technologies that will shape the future of our services. TIG focuses on solving today's technological challenges and preparing for the future by developing prototypes and providing technical insights to the organization.

Position: Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy advanced ML models that drive the next generation of products and services. Position Details

As a Machine Learning Engineer, You Will

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into products and services.
• Develop scalable, high-performance systems that impact millions of users.
• Identify new opportunities to apply machine learning across the business.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in specialized ML domains such as NLP or computer vision is a plus.

• Experience working in a financial institution, payment platform, or fintech company.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or academic publications in ML/AI.
