Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our clients' AI Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deep learning, model development, and MLOps with a focus on designing and implementing efficient ML pipelines from data injection to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune deep learning models with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Design and implement ML pipelines for training and deployment
• Work on complex machine learning projects that require strong Python programming skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into client environments
• Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience using Python
• 3+ years of machine learning (ML) model development experience
• Proven experience with deep learning frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Business-level proficiency in English (required for stakeholder communication)
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (required for documentation and client interaction)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Computer Vision (e.g., object detection and semantic segmentation)
• Familiarity with ML workflows and tools, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, model tracking, and artifact management
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLM) or vision language models (VLM)
• Experience with ML development on edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi)
