About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent applications. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and data science, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions that scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and deliver ML-based solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/tuning.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain high accuracy.
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models with backend services.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms as needed.
• Optimize machine learning pipelines for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Document processes and models for transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning, computer vision, or NLP projects.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
• Published work, research papers, or participation in ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
