Job Description

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist with expertise in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of ML/NLP experience and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, AI-driven agents).

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc. ).
• Develop AI agents using CrewAI, LangChain, and AutoGPT.
• Build and enhance RAG pipelines with FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
• Work on NLP models (text classification, summarization, NER, etc. ).
• Stay updated with the latest in LLM :
• 4+ years in ML/NLP, 1+ year in LLMs.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, QLoRA).
• Hands-on with AI agents and RAG tools.

• Multi-modal AI (text-to-image, speech-to-text).
• Knowledge of contrastive learning, RLHF.
