Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in machine learning algorithms and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in building and deploying Gen AI-based solutions. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models across various domains using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Implement and manage ML workflows and experiments using platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Build, test, and deploy Generative AI solutions, such as intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants, leveraging techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Utilize Gen AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar to create end-to-end applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
• Leverage Databricks and Azure AI Services to build and optimize models, pipelines, and data workflows.
• Work across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for scalable deployment and integration of ML models.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets using Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning, Gen AI, and cloud technologies, and proactively apply them to ongoing projects.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience working with Databricks, Azure AI Services, and at least one other cloud platform (AWS or GCP preferred).
• Deep expertise with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with MLflow or Kubeflow for ML lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Python programming and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience building Generative AI applications using RAG techniques.
• Practical experience with one or more Gen AI frameworks/tools like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
