Key Responsibilities:: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI use cases. Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including large language models (LLMs), computer vision, or data science-based solutions. Train machine learning models from scratch and fine-tune pre-trained models for customized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions that align with clients’ business goals. Write comprehensive proposals outlining AI strategies, technical approaches, and deployment strategies. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies. Requirements: Required Skills and Qualifications:: 4+ years hands-on experience. Proven experience in AI/ML, including working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Hands-on experience in designing, training, and fine-tuning AI models, including Generative AI models. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design AI solutions from scratch, including training ML models. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts and proposals to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in writing detailed technical proposals and presenting AI strategies. Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipelines is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:: Experience in large language models (LLMs), NLP, Generative AI, or computer vision. Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
