This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Helper/Operator located in Edison, NJ. The Machine Helper/Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation of machinery, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and following safety protocols.

• Experience in machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of metals and manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail and quality control skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
