Advanced-Poly-Packaging, Inc. in Akron, Ohio (Cuyahoga Falls Facility) is seeking a detail oriented and quality conscious Machine Assembler to join our team! This role is responsible for assembly tasks in the production of packaging machines..

General Responsibilities include:

• Follow standard work instructions for the complete assembly.
• Assemble units by using various hand tools, assembly fixtures, adhesives and lubricants.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners.
• Use various hand tools and measuring equipment such as: drills, pliers, taps, calipers and micrometers.
• Verify conformance of all components to specifications.
• Read and understand pneumatic/electrical drawings to position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled.
• Perform testing of products during the assembly and final stage of production.
