Summary

Our client is a global legal firm, they are now looking for a Tier 2-3 Support Engineer with solid experience in M365 products to join them.


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring appropriate access and licensing models are in place for M365 services
  • Act as the escalation point for M365 issues and drive through to resolution
  • Administration of Exchange Online
  • Investigation and adoption of M365 messaging related technologies to replace current third party offerings
  • Investigation and adoption of Microsoft mobile device management platform to replace current third party solution
  • Administration of Microsoft Teams
  • Remediating alerts and advisories relating to the M365 environment as appropriate
  • Supporting the business in adopting M365 services such as OneDrive, InTune, Power Apps and anything else in the M365 arena
  • Keep abreast of M365 technology enhancements and work with business stakeholders to understand where and how these can be implemented to the benefit of Maples


Requirements

  • A solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform and its capabilities
  • Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams hands on administration experience is essential
  • Azure AD hands on administration is essential
  • Knowledge and experience managing conditional access policies
  • Exposure to or knowledge of M365 user and product licensing
  • Experience with administering Azure resources and an appreciation of the different technologies available
  • Specific experience with Azure firewall and networking technologies and Azure VM's would be advantageous
  • Appreciation and understanding of role-based access and permissions
  • Azure based certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty
